Welcome to Listen Party. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

By creating an account or using Listen Party, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Listen Party. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time from the app's settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is abusive, hateful, threatening, or harassing
• Impersonate other users or public figures
• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Use automated means to access or scrape the app

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post (comments, reactions, captions). By posting, you grant Listen Party a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content within the app. You can delete your content at any time.

6. Music Services

Listen Party integrates with Apple Music and Spotify. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. Listen Party does not store your music or provide music streaming — we connect to your existing subscriptions.

Apple and Apple Music are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Spotify is a trademark of Spotify AB.

7. Intellectual Property

The Listen Party name, logo, and app design are the property of NHStudios LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer

Listen Party is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NHStudios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
